Be still and know necklace
Words on necklace
"Be still and know"
“Be still and know that I am God, - Psalm 46:10”
The word still comes from a Hebrew word meaning to “let go” or “release.” The meaning would be best understood to say “cause yourself to become restrained or to let go.” In other words, we need to come to a place where we are willing to submit ourselves to God and acknowledging that He is in sovereign control.
This idea that by being still, you leave room for God, for God’s work, for something bigger to happen than the next thing you might do if you were to act on your own. Being still gives you time to think, to listen, to wait. Being still means that you know, in act and deed that God is with you, leading you.
Wear this stunning mantra necklace daily as a reminder that when you face daily challenges know that the Lord will fight for you, you only need to be still.
